Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days (depending on the destination country).

  • Express Shipping (if available): Typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. International Shipping We offer shipping to multiple countries worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes DELTFA HONG KONG LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any potential refund.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We cannot issue refunds for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at merch@beecommercer.com with photos of the damage. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If it is still lost, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
