1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our corporate address without contacting us first. We will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions upon approving your return request.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@beecommercer.com with your Order Number and photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these specific cases.
